It seems like it’s a universal belief among guys that somehow God has given us an innate ability to grill meat. Even though we wouldn’t be caught dead in the kitchen opening a cook book, out on the patio we are the BBQ masters!

Today, Chef Kevin Stacey gives Jeremy some tips on making an inexpensive cut of meat into a great tasting grilled steak.

Kevin’s Steak Rub

4 pts paprika
2 pts kosher salt
2 ps sugar
1 pt chili powder
1 pt cumin

Remember: the secret to a good grilled skirt steak is the rub, the final cooked temperature & the direction it is sliced. Enjoy!
